REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At SCENT AURA, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Tester sizes (5ml / sample products)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear pictures or video proof

  • Keep the original packaging

We reserve the right to verify the claim before approving replacement or refund.


4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake was from our side)


5. Exchange Policy

We may offer product exchange instead of refund, depending on availability.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only:

  • Before shipment confirmation

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


7. Refused COD Orders

Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted from placing future orders.


8. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed under the applicable laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act.
